WORKING PRINCIPLE |
it
is a fuli automatic shrink packaging
machine, which can package the
products in a full-automatic manner
with PLC control system and a
touch screen LCD monitör.
The machine groups the desired
products. (hat come from maximum
4 lines of the speed-controlled
feeding conveyor, horizontally
and vertically.The group to be
packaged is rolled with polyethyiene
folios and the cut- affix process
is performed with thermostat controlled,
resistance-attached hotjaw. itfeeds
the polyethyiene
folio rolled groups (hat are on
the output conveyor to the shrink
tunnel (hat has matting wire band
shrink tunnel. The shrinked products
that are 2500 mm length conveyor
and shrinked on 2000 mm length
shrink tunnel, are taken out to
a 500 mm length pîpe conveyor
with 9-10 packet/min. capacity. |
